On February 11, 2010, Zerret Rainey, a junior at South Cobb High School, participated in the F.F.A. Farm Management CDE Contest. This began as a challenge for Zerret since he has been raised in an urban area, without any farming experience, but he was excited to participate in his first F.F.A. competition.  He was motivated to independently study the material to do his best. There were 78 F.F.A. members competing in this event with Zerret placing 28th out of 78 competitors. 

     The South Cobb Chapter of the F.F.A. and South Cobb High School are extremely proud of Zerret's accomplishment.  His picture is attached with the participation list. Note that his name is highlighted in pink to show his placement in the competition.
